To prepare Ravioli Mushroom & Ricotta

  • Place Ravioli into boiling water straight from the freezer until they begin to float.
  • Remove Ravioli with a slotted spoon never dump them into a colander to prevent them from bursting.
  • Saucing the Ravioli by adding them to the pot of the sauce not dumping the sauce on top of the pasta to serve.

Ingredients:

Eggs, Flour, Mushroom, Ricotta & Roumi Cheese, Parsley, Garlic, Spices.
