Italian Gnocchi

To Prepare Gnocchi:

Place frozen gnocchi into boiling water adding some salt straight from the freezer
Boil gnocchi until they float
Remove the gnocchi with a slotted spoon never dump them into a colander.
Add the gnocchi to the sauce of your choice already prepared few minutes ahead(suggested quattro formaggi).
Tip: Mix the gnocchi in sauce with the back of two spoons

Ingredients:

Mashed Potatoes, eggs, flour, salt
