To prepare Ravioli Salmon & Ricotta
- Place Ravioli into boiling water straight from the freezer until they begin to float.
- Remove Ravioli with a slotted spoon never dump them into a colander to prevent them from bursting.
- Saucing the Ravioli by adding them to the pot of the sauce not dumping the sauce on top of the pasta to serve.
Ingredients:
Eggs, Flour, Smoked Salmon, Ricotta & Roumi Cheese, Thyme, Garlic, Spices.
